Helthee Wants to be the Uber for Fitness

Looking for a good personal trainer can be tough. Without even getting into costs, scheduling can be a bit of a nightmare. This is where comes into play.

Simply make a request to meet at your house, office, hotel, gym, or park and one of their certified trainers will meet you there in an hour. Starting Monday, Helthee will go into beta in Miami and anyone in the area can download the app from Apple’s app Store. Both single and pair sessions will be available for durations of 45, 60, or 75 minutes. Find a trainer you like? A re-book option is there to allow users to book another session with the same trainer. Still looking for the right trainer? With over 250 applications from certified personal trainers in just a few weeks, there won’t be any shortages. Each one of these candidates then goes through a thorough vetting process and background check.

“We feel that we are filling a void in the health & market for people who want accessibility to quality professionals in their area and at their own convenience,” says co-founder and CEO Brett Heimann. “Time has become a scarcity for people.”

If you live outside the Miami region, don’t fret. Miami will act as the testing ground and with success, the company plans to add other major cities to its platform.
